okie. I know what is the diagnosis.. it is hayfever,allergic rhinitis.

No wonder it is so horrible... I knew from the start it wasnt a common cold...

Anyway, Clarinase is supposed to help. Okie. At least now I don't feel as cheated because Clarinase tablets isnt cheap afterall... it costs 5 bucks per tablet.Therefore, it is no wonder that it is expensive and I was rather breathless because one in four sufferers has asthma. I know that I have allergic asthma. The caused of this attack, not too sure.. I dont know if i am allergic to pollen or maybe it could be my pillow.. dust.


Alright, a reminder to change my bedsheet soon!! and shoo! to all my soft toys. Mom as usual.. is nagging abt my poor immune system. hai.


Anyway, I have something interesting to blog about today...


Have you seen a sunbird in Singapore before?


Well.. I have!!! (excitedly..duh!!!!)


Every evening, a pair of sunbirds will fly to feed on the nectar of the flowers that are grown outside my house... it has been going on for a couple of weeks and I hope that they will visit more and more!! :) I tried to snap some photos of them yesterday and today... however, it was such a shame they are always alert and fly away before I could get a little closer. It would be great if I get a shot of them one day...
