Haha. Was clearing my folders and came across a few poems which was written in the past. There is a particular poem that I think is rather funny... Was awfully bored at that time. Haha. I shall share a few of them here. There is one in particular I want to keep to myself. It was actually for someone I used to love. Heh. Anyway, it doesn't matter anymore. I've moved on. :)
31st Dec sitting on my old sofa
Looking forward to a new fresh start
I thought and dreamt while munching on a brand new tart
Bored and restless I switched on the TV
Wild and esoteric I stood up and wanted to be part of it
Dancing partying everything was free
All I needed was positively
So I got into a yellow cab
And drove towards the wild whipping wonderful party
To my astonishment
As soon as i got off the cab
My body was celled with energizers
It started moving like a bomb
Ticking with a little suspicious sound
(Then I don't know how to continue from here!!)
Hahaha. No inspiration. Left it hanging for so many years. Haha

The stretch of the beautiful sky
Is the friendship band of you and I
Never meeting an end
Never leaving a scar behind
Our friendship is never broken
As we continue to believe and trust
Let our faith lead the way
Let us strive on for our hopes and dreams
With encouragment required
Together,we chase away our fears
Together,we lend one another a little shoulder
That can be lean on to relieve fears and tears
Whenever the world is too much to handle

This one is one of my favourites. :)
Title: All Things Bright And Beautiful
Author: James Herriot
" Just a song at twilight, when the lights are low
And the flickering shadows softly come and go
Though the heart be weary, sad the day and long
There is an old mill by the stream, Nellie Dean
Where we used to sit and dream, Nellie Dean
And the waters as they flow seem to murmur sweet and low
You are my heart’s desire, I love you
If you were the only girl in the world and I were the only boy
Nothing else would matter in the world today
We would go on loving the same old way."
